Utkalika Das is the Campus Vice Principal, Vega Schools, Sector 76, Gurgaon. She holds a degree in Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical) and B.Ed. She has over 13 years of experience in the education field in teaching primary, middle and high school learners. She has worked closely with children, assessing their growth path and laid out thorough planning for their intellectual and moral development. She is actively involved in identification, curation and delivery of professional training with the educators at Vega to ensure excellence in delivery of PBL pedagogy. She is a strong supporter of learner centered pedagogy.She believes in following cutting edge research and constantly improving ourselves with a view towards sharing our vision and creating mindset change with regards to education and related topics starting in our own community and extending this globally.
