Shruti Nagar Dave is a nationally and internationally recognized education leader, school development consultant, and author with over 15 years of experience across the Early years and K–12 education spectrum. Her work spans teaching, instructional leadership, education technology integration, designing educational materials, Teacher education and development coaching and mentoring, school enhancement, and curriculum innovation, with supporting 100+ early learning centers in India.

An advocate of active learning and constructivist pedagogy, Shruti empowers educators and school leaders to build meaningful, context-responsive, and future-ready learning environments. She has designed and led professional development programs, coached academic leaders, and consulted on whole-school enhancement aligned with both national priorities and global best practices.

She is the author of “The Wrong ABCs of Preschool”, India’s first and only HighScope Certified Trainer with an endorsement in the HighScope® Preschool Educational Approach and a member of the International Advisory Council of HighScope U.S.A. Her contributions have been recognized with multiple awards, including the GlobalMindED Award (USA), the Karamveer Chakra by Rex iCongo UN, and the Quality Mark Women Award.
