Meenu Yadav is the Campus Vice Principal, Vega Schools, Sector 48, Gurgaon. She is a graduate in Elementary Education from Gargi College at Delhi University and has worked in the field of education for the past 10 years with teaching experience at reputed schools in Gurgaon. She believes that teachers are instrumental in a child's overall development, and should be a person who is adept at helping a child to identify and devise their own methods of learning and organizing knowledge while providing love, patience, trust, and guidance to help children reach their fullest potential. Having worked with children of different age groups, her observations and understanding of their needs has become more acute. She is a great believer in experiential and example-based learning. She takes pride in seeing things from the child’s perspective and understanding their underlying concerns. Her role as the Vice Principal at Vega Schools includes overall supervision of academics (planning, curriculum, assessment, and teacher mentoring), along with evaluation, administration, Problem Based Learning (PBL) training & staff capacity building as well as parent interfacing.
