A leading advocate for women’s empowerment and financial independence through distinctive careers, Anuradha is the Founder and Dean of the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women—a renowned management and leadership initiative that has shaped a generation of female leaders. At Vedica, she designs diversity programs and mentors professionals across career stages.
She also serves as Senior Adviser at Dentons Global Advisors, guiding international organizations on India strategy at the intersection of policy, business, and civil society. As Founder Director of Samarth, an eldercare company, she addresses critical gaps in India’s social infrastructure.
Recognized globally, she has been honored by Fortune, the U.S. State Department, and India’s ‘100 Women Achievers’ initiative.
In 2016, she was named one of 16 Yale World Fellows, recognized as a dynamic, creative practitioner and disruptive thinker. She has also been acknowledged by UN Women and the Ford Foundation as one of 75 Indian women leaders.
Anuradha holds degrees in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College (Delhi) and Trinity College, Cambridge.
