Saath: VIPC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The word Saath<\/em> means “together” in Hindi, and that is precisely what this program stands for. Formerly known as the Vega Involved Parent Community (VIPC)<\/strong>, Saath is a structured platform through which parent representatives from each grade serve as the vital bridge between families and the school. At Vega Schools, parents are not passive observers of their child’s journey , they are active partners in shaping it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through Saath, bimonthly meetings bring parents and educators together for meaningful dialogue, constructive feedback, and collaborative problem-solving. While Saath focuses on partnership and representation, Saarthi<\/strong> takes parental involvement a step further. The word Saarthi<\/em> means “guide” or “mentor,” and this program invites parents to contribute their professional expertise and real-world experience directly to the classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the Saarthi program, parent specialists voluntarily step into the role of learning mentors. Co-created with Vega Schools’ Learning Leaders, these initiatives enrich students’ understanding across diverse domains  from entrepreneurship and ICT & AI to sustainability and career mentoring. For instance, Saarthi parents have collaborated on the VegaNext<\/strong> entrepreneurship program, co-designed the ICT curriculum to integrate emerging technologies, and conducted career conversations with senior students that connect academic learning to real-world possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
