To understand its essence, we must first explore how experiences are formed. Take the example of a toddler learning to walk\u2014this process begins with a need to move. That need triggers effort. While these initial efforts may not immediately lead to success, each failure becomes a stepping stone toward discovering alternate ways of achieving the goal. The child may crawl, roll, or try repeatedly. Eventually, through persistence and adaptation, success is achieved.
