Tradition is like a collection of well-tested methods that have been proven to work over time. It&#8217;s about connecting emotionally, and focusing on relationships while keeping the big goal of teaching and learning in mind. In teaching, this can mean things like reading from textbooks, teachers guiding you, working with fellow students, and especially, learning important life skills.
