We develop leadership skills in Vega learners of all ages and how we equip our learners with important skills such as leadership, integrity, innovation, entrepreneurship, teamwork, empathy and resilience. These skills will serve them well in their future and throughout their careers and lives. No one is born a leader, however, by nurturing important qualities such as responsibility, hard work, and a growth mindset, we can shape and grow our learners into effective leaders for today and and tomorrow.

The iLEAD programme was developed by Rebecca Edwards and is an essential component of our methodology at Vega. Rebecca has developed a number of programs that focus on leadership development and life skills. In addition, she has published numerous articles on a variety of education topics. A skilled trainer and certified teacher, Rebecca has provided training and support to the Learning Leaders at Vega.
